Hello I'm ANDY
About Me
Designer. Art Director. Visual Storyteller.
I’m a Baltimore-based multidisciplinary designer and creative with a BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art. My work spans graphic design, art direction, photography, motion, digital content, and marketing, with a focus on creating visual experiences that are both expressive and purposeful.
My background across design, photography, event promotion, visual arts, and creative leadership has shaped the way I approach projects. I rarely see design as a single deliverable. I’m interested in how typography, imagery, movement, color, and message work together to create a complete visual experience—whether that takes the form of a campaign, portrait series, social video, event identity, or printed piece.

My Approach
I approach creative work through a combination of concept, craft, and communication. I begin by understanding what the work needs to accomplish and who it needs to reach, then develop a visual direction that gives the idea its own identity.
My process often moves between disciplines. A project may begin with photography, develop through graphic design, and ultimately become motion or digital content. That flexibility allows me to think beyond individual assets and consider how an idea can function across an entire campaign or experience.

Beyond the Deliverable
The part of creative work I value most is building something that feels intentional from beginning to end. I enjoy developing the initial concept just as much as refining the typography, directing an image, editing a sequence, or preparing the final piece for its audience.
That combination of strategic thinking and hands-on making is what defines my practice: understanding the message, developing the visual idea, and carrying it through to execution.
